Terms of Service for EthiLeader

Welcome to EthiLeader! EthiLeader is a product developed and operated by Global Excellence Network ApS ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Denmark. While EthiLeader is accessible through the domain ethiquest.ai, EthiQuest is a brand initiative of Global Excellence Network ApS and not a separate legal entity. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EthiLeader website, application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

EthiLeader is an AI-powered leadership simulation game designed to challenge and refine decision-making skills through realistic dilemmas. The Service includes features such as dynamic content generation, game state management, user authentication, and subscription management.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features of the Service are available only through paid subscription plans ("Paid Plans"). Available plans, features, and pricing are detailed on our Pricing page.

Payments for Paid Plans are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). By purchasing a Paid Plan, you agree to Paddle"s terms and conditions and privacy policy. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax collection.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as specified for the selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account settings or via Paddle"s management tools before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account, except as explicitly permitted under specific subscription plans (e.g., Team or Enterprise tiers).

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Global Excellence Network ApS and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Denmark and foreign countries. Our trademarks and brand names (including "EthiLeader" and "EthiQuest") may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Content Generation

Paid Plans may utilize third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI"s ChatGPT) to generate dynamic game content. While we strive for high-quality and relevant content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Your use of dynamic content is subject to the usage limits of your subscription plan.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or through your account settings (if available).

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Global Excellence Network ApS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days" notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
