Refund Policy for EthiLeader

This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees paid for EthiLeader Paid Plans.

Subscription Payments

Payments for EthiLeader subscription plans are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated herein.

Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or via Paddle"s billing management tools. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. Access to the features of your Paid Plan will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of the digital service and the costs associated with providing it (including AI content generation), we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, including partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle after cancellation.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis under specific circumstances, such as significant service unavailability or billing errors attributable to us or Paddle. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge occurring.
